Looking for iWeb download
iWeb is no longer sold and developed by Apple. you would have to buy an iLife '09 DVD from Amazon or eBay. It will not work fully with out patching, because it needs to acces the Mobile Me servers that no longer exist.
You can't download iWeb and never have been able to except for updates, but as others have pointed out, iWeb stopped being sold or developed by Apple several years ago now, so if you want iWeb, you'll have to buy the iLife 09 or 11 boxed set from either Amazon or Ebay.
If I were you, I would take a look at EverWeb as an alternative. It is current and is being developed all the time.
iWeb may no longer work depending on what OSX you are using and once Sierra comes along, it may stop working all together.

But that is an update, not a full version. You first need to install some full version of iWeb 3 to be able to apply this update.
As has been pointed out already, this is NOT a full version of iWeb that can be downloaded - you have never been able to do that with iWeb. This is an update and can be downloaded, but you do need to have iWeb 09 installed on your computer firstly before you can download this update.
Problems have been reported using iWeb with OSX Sierra. Unfortunately, as iWeb is now so old, it will only become less compatible.
Time to move on! Most have already.
